Office Policy

Please review this information before you book your session with Terrie.

Individual Sessions Office Policies On Cancellations/Rescheduling/Late Clients/No Shows:

Your appointment time and date can be rescheduled if Terrie Huberman is given notice (2 days) 48 hours prior to your original scheduled appointment time. You can also do this yourself via your original confirmation email and may be directed to do so. ·

Only one (1) rescheduling is offered for appointments that have been cancelled and need to be rescheduled within that 48-hour period. ·

No Refunds will be issued when Terrie Huberman has not been notified within the (2 days) 48 hours time-frame.

“No Shows”, immediate forfeit of monies paid and rescheduling for that appointment is unavailable.

If later than 10 minutes to the session without any notification of lateness, the session may be considered a ‘No Show’ with immediate forfeit of monies with no refund or reimbursement. ·

If you are running late and notified Terrie Huberman, the sessions’ time starts when you connect with Terrie Huberman, and ends at the original appointment time. (No rescheduling for that full-time session available on late clients).

Appointment times are secured with payment in full.

There are no refunds for appointments less than 30 minutes in length, or whenever specified.

There are no refunds for Pay What You Can events, workshops, readings, or any other offer or service.


***If your session is recorded, your segment may be used for promotional purposes. If you don't want your session recorded by Terrie, it is your responsibility to let Terrie Huberman know this in writing BEFORE your session, otherwise your session may be automatically recorded by Terrie. If your session is recorded by Terrie you will receive a link to download a copy for yourself to keep.***
